Warranty

1-Year Craftsmanship Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. All ELAINE SMITH® pillows are warrantied against manufacturing defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This includes issues related to sewing, construction, and overall product integrity under normal use.


3-Year Warranty for pillows made of solution dyed acrylic fabrics

Most of our pillows are woven using solution-dyed acrylic fabrics, known for their exceptional durability and colorfastness. These fabrics are backed by a three (3) year limited warranty from the date of purchase against:

  • Excessive fading
  • Loss of fabric strength
  • Abrasion under normal outdoor exposure

This extended fabric warranty ensures that your pillows will maintain their beauty and performance season after season.


 

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

If you believe your pillow qualifies for warranty coverage, please contact our customer care team. To assist with your claim, we may request:

  • Proof of purchase (original receipt or order confirmation)
  • Photographs of the issue
  • A description of the defect or concern
